A Better Update (the new year)

Alright,

Time to put on the happy girl pants.

Cuz yesterday, was a little shitty….but I guess life has it’s moments (y’know?).

I thought it’d be good to give you a proper reflection of 2024.

I recently came across a post where it showed your year in pictures. So I did a scroll in my image library & they’re primarily filled with: — Travel- House Repairs- Chino

I think that about sums up 2024 for me.

On the personal front: I renovated 2/3 apartment units I own. I gutted one of the two. I moved in. And I’m finally feeling settled.

There were a lot of moments where I wanted to throw the hammer at the wall (oh wait, I did that lol).

Going through a construction project is hard asf. Contractors do a shitty job, I have to pay contractors to fix the previous contractors work, And everyone wants to get paid in cash:Sorry Tina, you can’t get credit card points today.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself when I finished renovations in my unit, I did that And now my house is starting to feel like a home.

On the Creator Front: One of my goals this year was to walk out of 2024 with 2–3 solid IRL connections.

The best way I knew how to do that? Through conferences.
