The modern day business owner faced unprecedented challenges this past year like no other. Businesses had to pivot online, rethink their supply chain efforts, and are left with a labor shortage market that simply has no desire to go back to the Pre-Covid office culture.

With the Great Resignation movement in full swing it’s a battle between the employee vs. the employer. The labor shortage market has left companies searching for talent to fill their empty positions; leaving little room for negotiation on the employer and increasing the bargaining power of employees.

Remote culture is here to stay but companies struggle with being stuck with leases and are left wondering if their employees are actually doing their work.

So, how can we maintain or increase our productivity levels within our teams while being remote?
