That's actually an interesting point. You can definitely do a mix of all of them, there is no one vs. the other persay. But it really comes down to time and resources!

If you wanted to do a combination of them all you could do:

Free Content that points to paid digital product and have an upsell to a coaching package.

However, creating all these products/packages will take time - in addition to you selling your content if you choose to do sponsored posts!

Again, it's really up to you! I personally air on the side of taking a step back and doing a combination of content + digital products. For a lack of better words, I don't like showing my face on social media and love to just write and help people in my pajamas haha! What type of business model were you thinking of?
