If you’re a creator, but feeling lazy (lean in)

I remember arguing with my dad about this.
In fact, I never understood what he meant until I stepped into his place.
We argued about dishes.
7 year old me never understood “online businesses” back then.
He would work from the computer all day,
And somehow he “made money.”
But when it came to doing his “equal share” of household chores he resigned himself.
But he did throw an idea out there:
“Tina, why don’t I pay someone to do the dishes?”
My seven year old self replied:
“Stop being lazy Dad, do the dishes!”
He ended up paying someone $100 for a days worth of cleaning, and the dishes (and house) got cleaned.
I was pissed because I felt like he “cheated” the household responsibilities.
Later on, he explained to me this:
“Tina, I make $150/hour with my clients. If I spend 8 hours cleaning the house then I essentially lose $1200 (8*$150/hr) that I could be making”
