I’ve also found typefury to be effective as it has a connection with zapier and you can take your tweets and auto thread them with the typefury integration.

It’s not a lifetime deal unfortunately but if you don’t want to manually sit down and schedule and create a workflow via zapier it’s definitely worth a consideration
