There are two ways I’ve seen this go.

Option A: — You pour gasoline on leads — Book out your calendar with sales calls — And worry about client delivery “later”

It’s the “later” that gets everyone.

Where does that leave you? — Burned out with handling customer inquiries — Failing to provide a phenomenal client experience — Bad reviews, expectations, and no repeat customers

Option B: — Implementing out a post purchase client workflow — Automating and optimizing your client onboarding — Then you choose to pour gasoline on leads + sales

Where does that leave you? — Handling growth in sales with ease without being killed on the backend — A repeatable and scalable client experience for all current and future customers — An opportunity to focus only on providing a great client experience.

The difference between those who “make it” in business is those who prepare. Hyper growth in sales mean nothing if you can’t fulfill your client promise.
