You’ll learn this before you enter winning season
I’ve decided it’s a “no.”
Let me share with you 1/3 of the goals I have for this year:
Lose 20 lbs.
I can do the 70k steps a week,
I can do the 3x gym.
But I struggle with the one thing that makes or breaks your progress:
Nutrition.
I’m way too much of a foodie to “stay the course,” me & Chino both struggle at times:
So this year I had to be honest with myself:
“What you’re currently doing is no longer working”
And truthfully, I just don’t want to do:
- The Grocery Shopping
- The Meal Prep
- The Weighing of Foods
- The F*cking Cooking
But for a long time I just “did it” because everyone else did.
Then I questioned myself: “Is this really how you want to spend your precious time?”
